Emily Ratajkowski was a New York vision when she arrived tonight at Harper’s Bazaar Icons x Bloomingdale’s 150th Annual Party.
The model and My body the author walked the red carpet in a vintage Jean-Paul Gaultier dress reminiscent of Carrie Bradshaw’s famous newspaper dress from sex and the city. Before joining a host of stars inside Bloomingdale’s 59th Street flagship store for cocktails, appetizers and a live performance by Jack Harlow, Ratajkowski explained that she and her close friend, comedian Ziwe – who was with her on the red carpet – accidentally matched.
“We both wear vintage JPG,” the star said, “which we didn’t even plan on, but that’s how we are.”
Ratajkowski styled the black and white mini dress, which featured a plunging V-neckline, with a black velvet coat and zebra print knee-high boots. For accessories, she kept things classic, sporting a pair of sparkling diamond earrings and carrying a shiny black bag. Her beauty look was as stylish as her ensemble: her hair was loose in relaxed waves and she wore a pink blush with a glossy pink lip.
The model said she recently had a “spiritual experience” while attending BAZAAR Icon Bad Bunny’s Yankee Stadium concert last weekend. His favorite rapper song? “Me Porto Bonito”, with Chencho Corleone.
“I recommend everyone to go to this concert. I’m not kidding, it was a religious experience. I had a lot of fun,” she said.
