Fan tried to hustle Kanye West’s second Donda listening in Atlanta and got more than he bargained for.
According to a TMZ report on Friday (August 6), a fan rushed to the stage midway through Yeezy’s performance on Thursday (August 5) at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and was attacked by security before he cannot disrupt the show. In a video posted by the outlet, a man wearing an orange t-shirt, brown pants and white sneakers, stormed into the stands and took to the stage. He was quickly approached by a security guard before several other guards rushed towards him in the area.
The rest of the security team held the man down for a few minutes before handcuffing him and removing him from the arena. Unfortunately, it looks like the first security guard who threw the hard tackle appears to have injured himself in the process.
It is not known what happened to the man who tried to crush Kanye’s party, but according to TMZ, police were not involved as no report was filed on the incident.
Nevertheless, Kanye’s second Donda the listening event was a success. Ahead of the show, a pre-order option for the album’s release appeared on iTunes, with the release date slated for Monday (August 9). According to the iTunes listing, there are 24 unnamed tracks and its price is $ 9.99.
For the past few weeks, the Chicago rapper-producer has locked himself in a makeshift room at the stadium to put the finishing touches on the album. Thursday morning, ‘Ye started a livestream from his room in the stadium. The stream gave fans a glimpse into his daily activities, including sleeping and exercising.
