(NEW YORK) — Kim Kardashian is back on the beauty scene with a brand new launch.
The reality TV star and businesswoman will launch a line of skincare products, SKKN BY KIM, on June 21. The collection will include nine products, meant to reflect her own daily skincare routine.
“I’ve had the privilege of learning about skin and skincare over the years from the best dermatologists and estheticians in the world, and each bottle of my new line is filled with the knowledge I’ve accumulated over the years. away,” Kardashian said in an Instagram post. Publish.
“You’ll experience refillable packaging and clean, scientifically-designed ingredients to nourish all skin types, tones, and textures at all stages of maturity,” she added.
According to a press release from the brand, Kardashian’s passion for creating a skincare line was born out of her dream of bridging the gap between the world’s most renowned dermatological experts and people at home looking for high performance skin care products.
The collection includes a cleanser, toner, exfoliator, serum, face cream, eye cream and two face oils ranging from $43 to $95.
Among the unique novelties of the upcoming launch are Vitamin C8 Serum, which targets fine lines, pigmentation and wrinkles, and Oil Drops, which contain Vitamin C and reduce the appearance of pores, said the brand.
“What started as a diagnosis of psoriasis became the catalyst for my journey of skincare discovery, inspiring me to learn more about my skin and how to take care of it,” Kardashian said in a statement. . “Working with some of the best dermatologists and estheticians over the years has given me the incredible opportunity to learn from their expertise – and I knew I had to share my knowledge.”
Working with Coty Inc., the new skincare-focused brand has kept sustainability in mind by using minimalist refillable packaging, with the refills also housed in eco-friendly materials.
The skincare line news comes about a year after Kardashian announced the temporary closure of her former KKW Beauty cosmetics line.
The reality TV star is also the founder of solutionwear brand SKIMS, which offers a range of underwear, accessories and loungewear.
