Distribute boxes of stock with ADRC! Stock Box volunteers are needed to assist once a month or occasionally with the ADRC’s Monthly Stock Box Pickup event at various locations in central Wisconsin. Help people check in, direct vehicles, lift 20-30 pound boxes into people’s vehicles. Help needed especially in Merrill and Wisconsin Rapids. Join the Marathon County Emergency Response Team! United Way of Marathon County, in partnership with Marathon County Emergency Management, will host Disaster Response Training at the Volunteer Welcome Center on April 6 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (lunch provided). VRC volunteers will be asked to be available in the event of a disaster to screen and place community volunteers for disaster recovery. Sit on the Board of Directors of the Center of Excellence! Achieve Center was founded to provide assessment and treatment for children and families affected by developmental and neuropsychological disorders, including autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, attention, dysregulation problems, neurological disorders due to genetic disorders and other brain disorders, speech and language disorders, eating problems and concurrent mental health disorders and physical challenges. They are looking to fill a place on their board of directors and the ideal candidate will have a legal background and a love for helping families. Items donated in kind needed

Necessary underwear. New underwear and sports bras for men and women of all sizes are needed at Northcentral Health Care. They may also use new or gently used men’s t-shirts and men’s and women’s sweatpants. Contact [email protected] to donate.

Lawn mower required. If you upgrade your lawnmower, please consider donating your working equipment to the women’s community. They are looking for something similar to this model: RYOBI 6HP 21? 190 CC, big wheel chopper/rear bagger. Contact Allie at [email protected] to donate.
