The underwear as an outerwear trend is most certainly prosperous (CC. Hailey Bieber). But as for the ~Nope~ underwear trend, well, Noah Cyrus is carrying the flag for this camp… who’s next Florence Poug and his pair of iconic ‘release the nipple‘ look, of course.

Just the other day Miley Cyrus‘s younger sister, Noah traveled to Philadelphia to continue her ‘The Hardest Part’ tour, performing on stage in front of thousands of fans. And as her fans showed up for the songs, Noah showed up with the ‘fit’.

To make her public debut, the singer took to her main Instagram feed with an eight-part carousel post and while not all of the photos feature the stunning look, the first two are *collective cheers*. The white lace maxi dress features ruffled stitch detailing, a high leg slit and a cutout at the chest.
