Playboi Carti releases its own action figures

Playboi Carti goes from merch to action figures.

Images and video footage of Playboi Carti action figures surfaced on the internet on Thursday, January 6, which replicated his Red Lotta Whole personage. While the origin of the video is unclear, reports claim the footage was first shared on a Carti finsta page, @ opium_00pium, but was later removed. Still, there appear to be four characters, in which Carti wears her iconic red locs as well as blonde locs, icy jewelry, Rick Owens-branded sneakers and more.

In the video of one of the figures, the Carti replica is inside a Red Lotta Whole-Labeled box, wearing black T-shirt, diamond chains and black jeans.

When or if the miniatures will be available is also uncertain.

However, it’s no surprise that Playboi Carti created action figures based on their latest album, which arrived on December 25, 2020. Less than a year later, Carti announced the dates for his Narcissist tour in support of the LP .

The 40-date trek began in Nashville, Tennessee on October 14, 2021 and ended in Carti’s hometown of Atlanta on December 23 of last year.
