This weekend, the Phillies will host the Pittsburgh Pirates at Citizens Bank Park (September 23-26). Here’s a look at some of the highlights of the game and the promotions on display at the stadium.
1. **Help bring ‘2 Street’ to Citizens Bank Park for ** Mummers night the #ThrowbackThursday, September 23 at the 7:05 p.m. match **. **
2. Prior to the 7:05 pm game on Friday, September 24, the Phillies host the sixth annual Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) party.
· As part of Strike Out Cancer Night, Dr. Rosalia Viterbo, surgical oncologist, and Dominic Barone, prostate cancer survivor, will launch a ceremonial first throw. Additionally, tickets (subject to availability) are available at a special price in select seating and proceeds will be donated to cancer research through the Fox Chase Cancer Center. The 50/50 design from Phillies Charities, Inc., presented by DraftKings, will also benefit Fox Chase Cancer Center.
· Pro Football Hall of Famer and former Philadelphia Eagle Brian Dawkins will be signing copies of his book, “Blessed By the Best: My Journey to Canton and Beyond” at the Phillies Authentics Shop (located in the Main Lobby behind Section 133) at 3 : 00-16: 00 Dawkins will also be throwing a ceremonial first throw.
4. Join the Phillies for prizes and surprises in the final game of the regular season on Sunday, September 26 at 1:05 pm
Also ongoing: The Phillies’ Director of Publications Christine Negley will receive the team’s highest honor, the Richie Ashburn and David Montgomery Award for Special Achievement, which is awarded annually to an employee who demonstrates the same loyalty, the same dedication and passion for baseball as the namesake of the award. Prior to the game, Lyn Montgomery, wife of the late Phillies president David Montgomery, and Jean Ashburn, daughter of the late Phillies Hall of Famer and broadcaster Richie Ashburn, will present the award to Negley.
5. Throughout Fan Appreciation Weekend, take part in the latest Phillies Charities, Inc. auction, featuring a Bryce Harper Street Banner, Aaron Nola used hat, JT Realmuto mitt , memorabilia signed by the team and many other autographed items to be auctioned off. The auction is available through the MLB Ballpark app (iOS and Android devices only) and ends Monday, September 27.

· Health and Safety Guidelines: In accordance with the City of Philadelphia, the Phillies have reimplemented indoor mask mandates regardless of vaccination status for indoor spaces, including the Diamond Club (except while actively eating or drinking), New Era Phillies Team Store, ’47 Alley Store, elevators, and washrooms. Unvaccinated fans are strongly encouraged to continue to wear masks at all times when attending a game at Citizens Bank Park.
· Prepaid parking: Fans visiting Citizens Bank Park are encouraged to order a prepaid parking pass from Phillies.com. Bottom-out lots (M & N) will open 5 hours before the first launch and non-bottom-out lots will open 3 hours before.
· Mobile ticket office: Access your tickets in the free MLB Ballpark app before you come to the game. Apple users are strongly encouraged to add their tickets to Apple Wallet. If you purchased tickets with the same email address that you used to log into the Ballpark app, your tickets will automatically appear in the âTicketsâ tab. Once at Citizens Bank Park, log into “FreePhilliesWiFi” for a better experience. Prepare your ticket on your phone before going through the metal detectors.
· Disseminate: All games will be broadcast on NBCSP, 94 WIP and WTTM 1680, as well as available via live stream for authenticated subscribers on the NBC Sports Philadelphia MyTeams app.
