“Instead of being just a number on a sales page, we see our customers as longtime friends,” said Henry Pham, Managing Director of Dony Garment Company. “Instead of thinking about the bottom line of every transaction, we’re committed to building a lifelong relationship with every customer. We work tirelessly to ensure that the best result is the result of every transaction. “
Dony Garment Company operates two factory and workshop areas to perform sewing and embroidery work. Three production lines are available, including more than 60 sewing machines used to complete orders, the company said in a statement.
Dony Garment Company has announced the launch of new clothing choices, uniforms and workwear for companies in all categories of the industry. As one of the leading clothing manufacturers in Vietnam, it specializes in providing domestic and international options with affordable prices and high quality results. Dony works with suppliers and distributors of uniforms in the markets.
The company also uses four silk printing machines, three thermal transfer zones and a dozen embroidery stations of various types to produce the uniforms and work clothes needed in the modern workplace. This creates the ability to produce an exceptional amount of high-quality clothing each month, including three-ply fabric face masks.
The Dony mask is a three-ply, washable and reusable antibacterial fabric product. It meets the most stringent global standards in the world today, qualifying the product for export to the US and European markets. As part of the production process, DONY may add custom labels and logos when shipping in bulk and wholesale.
Each Dony mask has an outer layer that offers a splash-resistant 100% polyester layer to ensure comfort and utility in a variety of conditions. The middle layer is constructed from polypropylene to ensure its effectiveness.
Each mask is checked by needle detection equipment to ensure that no metal parts remain in the product to injure the wearer. By the end of Q3 2021, Dony masks will have exclusive distributors in Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
“Our main export market is focused on serving customers in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas,” said Pham. “We understand the challenges each country faces as it tries to get back to work with the ongoing pandemic. That’s why we focus on producing high quality clothing and face coverings that serve people in virtually any business environment.
The advantage that Dony Garment Company offers over the competition begins with its location. Customers are trying to find manufacturers outside of China, Bangladesh, and Thailand due to ongoing quality control issues in those regions. When companies come to Vietnam to find solutions to their uniform or workwear needs, they find a long-term partner.
“Our team provides everything a modern business needs to make an informed and empowered decision,” said Pham. “We use a fast shipping process, offer factory direct pricing, and have unmatched quality assurance for our region. This includes offering free design advice and samples.
Although Dony Garment Company is not a wholesale supplier of ready-made clothing, businesses that need something more fashionable or more practical for their needs are given additional categories to consider. These areas include sportswear, trendy shirts, and stylish coats available for design options.
“We understand how difficult the modern work environment is today,” said Pham. “With our long-term cooperation, we will help businesses achieve the successes they need to find a better future.
